It consists of a ground floor and 4 floors, the 4th a later addition as it stands above the original cornice.
The view is organized with vertical and horizontal zones of openings (exterior doors with exterior).
The central axis is emphasized by its curved configuration (a frequent practice of Rubens, see the Parthenon Hotel and the Achilleion Palace) and by the existence of more openings. In addition, it ends on the 4th floor in 4 columns with Ionic capitals and a zone with geissipods.
On the first floor we observe balconies with a built parapet in contrast to the other floors where there are railings with geometric patterns. Also the openings of the 1st are arched.
The face is richly decorated, especially as we approach the coronation, ribbons with natural elements, medallions, pseudo-columns, capitals, medallions and keys create a super spectacle.
Inside, the staircase with the handrail and railing as well as decorative tiles with geometric patterns on the landings are preserved.
